Return and Refund Policy

Before Work Begins

Customers may request cancellation before project work begins. Approved refunds may be reduced by:

• Payment processing fees
• Administrative costs
• Non-refundable third-party purchases
• Completed consultation work
• Completed planning work

After Work Begins

Payments for completed or ongoing consultation, planning, design, coding, campaign setup, research, configuration, and other completed work are generally non-refundable.

Website and Software Projects

Deposits may become non-refundable once planning, design, development, setup, procurement, or other project work has started.

Advertising Services

Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are not refundable by ADCIPHER DIGITAL ADVERTISING SERVICES. Advertising management fees may only be refundable for work that has not started.

Digital Deliverables

Refunds may be reviewed when:

• The wrong service or file was delivered
• A file is defective
• Access cannot be provided
• A duplicate payment occurred

Refund Request Requirements

To request a refund review, the customer should provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Quotation or invoice number
• Payment reference
• Reason for request
• Supporting information

Refund requests are normally reviewed within seven to fifteen business days.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method when technically and legally possible.
